It is a collection of personal anecdotes, real talk life lessons, extensive research, and Daysha’s personal eating and exercise philosophies that have helped her to not only eat her way to self-confidence and eat whatever she wants free of shame, guilt or remorse, but to also finally develop a lifestyle that is healthy—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
